We use your personal data to respond to property enquiries, send you property alerts you have opted into, manage our letting services, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised Moz Properties staff only.
When you subscribe to property alerts, we store your email address and search criteria to send you matching property notifications. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any alert email or by contacting us directly.
We use essential cookies to ensure the website functions correctly. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertising networks. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at finance@mozventures.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We retain enquiry data for up to 12 months after last contact. Property alert subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
